The truth finally came out.
The person behind everything was Lorenzo's uncle, Antonio Moretti.
He had faked his death and spent years building his own hidden empire.

Take control.
And erase anyone who knew the truth.
Including Anna.
When Antonio finally confronted them, he expected fear.
He expected Lorenzo to react like the ruthless man everyone knew.
But he was wrong.

Because Anna had changed him.
"You became weak."
Antonio laughed.
"You let one woman make you hesitate."
Lorenzo stood calmly.
"No."
He looked at Anna.
"She reminded me what I was fighting for."
Antonio smiled.
"You think love makes you stronger?"
Lorenzo answered:
"No."
A pause.
"It makes me remember why I cannot lose."
The final confrontation was not about power.
It was about choice.
Lorenzo chose justice over revenge.
He exposed Antonio's crimes and protected everyone involved.
Including Marco's daughter.
Including Anna.
After everything ended, Anna stood beside him on the same hotel balcony where they had first admitted their feelings.
"You know something?"
Lorenzo looked at her.
"What?"
"I still think you are an arrogant peacock."
For a moment, silence.
Then Lorenzo smiled.
"And you are still the only woman brave enough to say it."
Anna laughed.
"Some things never change."
"No."
He reached for her hand.
